It’s not a theme issue it’s external plugins issue that you install one of the external plugin conflict with revslider uninstall extra one by one and check then exact issue fund which plugin conflict with revslider

This issue rise wen two plugins conflict i think you install cache plugin at the same time you use rev slider both plugins.You have changed your admin info otherwise we check and tell you the exact issue.
