Digital delivery

Because products are digital downloads, a completed order may provide immediate access to the purchased files. A request for a refund should be sent promptly with the order information and a clear explanation of the issue.

When to contact us

Contact us if a purchased file is materially different from its description, cannot reasonably be delivered, or you experience a technical issue that we should investigate. We may request information needed to reproduce a technical problem.

Third-party purchases

If you purchased an Expert Themes item through ThemeForest or another third-party marketplace, the refund and transaction rules of that marketplace apply to that transaction. Please use the marketplace's support process where required.
