Products sold through Expert Themes are digital goods. Each product page should describe the product type, included files, applicable requirements, support and license information available for that item. Review those details before purchasing.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for providing accurate information needed to complete an order and for protecting access to your account. Order and download records may be retained as necessary to provide the service and meet legal or operational requirements.

Licensing

Use of a product is subject to the license terms supplied with that product or otherwise stated on its product page. A purchase does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying theme, template, code, images or other intellectual property.

Support and updates

Support and update availability depends on the terms published for the individual product. Do not assume lifetime support or updates unless the product page explicitly states that offering.

Third-party marketplaces

Some Expert Themes products are also available on ThemeForest. A ThemeForest listing is a separate marketplace transaction and is governed by the applicable Envato and item-license terms. Marketplace ratings and sales figures displayed by Expert Themes are clearly attributed to ThemeForest and are not represented as reviews or sales made through this website.
