DailyFit – Fitness and Gym WordPress Theme

By Shehzad Hussain · Last updated: November 2026

DailyFit is a fresh, modern WordPress theme made for gyms, fitness clubs, yoga classes, pilates trainers, and anyone promoting a fitness business online. It is built around the way fitness businesses actually win members: flexible layouts, including a dedicated About Us section, that let a gym show its trainers, its classes, and its atmosphere before a visitor ever walks through the door. For a fitness business, the website has to do two jobs at once, selling the energy of the place and making it easy to take the next step, whether that is booking a class or asking about membership. DailyFit gives owners that opportunity to promote their business and reach as many customers as possible, with a design that feels active and current rather than generic. It is sold by Expert Themes, a ThemeForest seller since 2017 with a 4.4 buyer rating on ThemeForest and 8,900+ sales on ThemeForest, and the purchase is backed by lifetime updates, 6 months of support, and a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you run a gym, studio, or training business and want a site that matches your energy, DailyFit fits the brief.

A gym website has to sell energy before it sells a membership, and DailyFit is built around that order. The flexible layouts, including a dedicated About Us section, let a gym show its trainers, its classes and its atmosphere before a visitor ever walks through the door. That matters because nobody joins a gym from a price list alone; they join because the place looks like somewhere they would actually go three times a week.

The theme fits the whole fitness world, not just big gyms. Yoga classes, pilates trainers, small studios and fitness clubs can all use the same structure, because the sections are about classes, trainers and atmosphere rather than one kind of training. The design feels active and current, and the responsive layout means a visitor checking class times from a phone gets the same clear site as someone browsing at home.

About this product

DailyFit is a fresh, modern WordPress theme for gyms, fitness clubs, yoga classes, pilates trainers and anyone promoting a fitness business online. It is built around the way fitness businesses actually win members: flexible layouts, including a dedicated About Us section, that let a gym show its trainers, its classes and its atmosphere before a visitor ever walks through the door. The theme is fully responsive, with clean commented code and a demo-ready page structure.

It is sold by Shehzad Hussain through Expert Themes, a ThemeForest seller since 2017 with a 4.4 buyer rating on ThemeForest and more than 8,900 sales on ThemeForest. DailyFit also works for a trainer or studio that is just starting out, because the flexible layouts let a small business look established from day one, and the class and trainer pages can grow as the timetable and the team grow.

How to use

1. Write out your real class timetable and your trainer profiles first, because those are the two pages visitors check before anything else.
2. Buy DailyFit; the zip lands in your account downloads immediately after checkout.
3. Inside WordPress, go to Themes under Appearance, click Add New, then Upload Theme, and select the zip.
4. Install Elementor free from Plugins, then Add New, if needed.
5. Bring in the demo pages by following the setup guide inside the zip.
6. Put your timetable on the classes page and your trainers on the trainers page, then link both from the homepage hero, and open the site on a phone, since that is how most people check class times.
7. Finish the About Us page with your gym's story and photos of the space, then replace the demo membership wording with your real prices.

Limitations

DailyFit shows off a gym, a fitness club or a yoga studio. The theme provides the layouts for classes, trainers and the About Us section; the timetable, the trainer biographies, the photographs of the space and the membership prices all have to be written by the business.

Memberships cannot be sold through this theme. There is no membership billing, no class booking and no member login area, so taking payments or managing bookings needs a separate plugin, and the same goes for selling merchandise, because no shop is included. The theme also has no workout tracking, no nutrition plans and no link into a gym app, so everything a member does after joining still needs the gym's own systems. Elementor Pro is not bundled and not required; the free builder handles every page.

Frequently asked questions

Can DailyFit show my class timetable and trainers?

Yes. The theme is built around showing classes and trainers, with flexible layouts and a dedicated About Us section, so visitors can see who teaches, what classes run and what the gym feels like before they visit.

Is DailyFit suitable for a yoga or pilates studio, not just a big gym?

Yes. DailyFit was made for gyms, fitness clubs, yoga classes, pilates trainers and anyone promoting a fitness business, so a small studio fits it just as well as a large gym.

Can members book classes or pay for membership through DailyFit?

Not out of the box. DailyFit is a theme for presenting the business and bringing in enquiries. Class booking and membership payments would need a separate plugin, which is not included.

Does DailyFit work with the free version of Elementor?

Yes. DailyFit is a WordPress theme that works with the free Elementor page builder, so you can customise pages with drag and drop without needing Elementor Pro.

Will DailyFit look good on a phone for people checking class times?

Yes. The layout is fully responsive on desktop, tablet and mobile, so class times, trainer details and contact information stay readable on a small screen.
