Hello, I don’t quite understand what do you mean by ‘adding restrictions’ but as I check the website again, the menu bar is already appeared even before I add the code you mentioned. Did you do anything?

Please open custom.css(contra > css > custom.css) in any editor and add below code at the bottom and save it after that check again your site hopefully your issue will be fixed if not then share info with full rights so we can add code in any file.

Can you add restrictions when you create user because when we add some css code in file and save it. On Front end that code not appear.Simply i say we can’t edit any file. Please give us permissions so we can edit files.Hope you understand.
