Issue with header with IOS devices

Hi dear,

We check again our template on safari browser and it’s works correctly without any visual issues. Themeforest team also check it before approval but we don’t know it rise issues in your browser may be javascript disable in your browser etc.

But if you want to refund then send us refund request we approve your request. We as a team apologize for this issue. If we found this issue in our browser then we fix this issue But for now difficulty is we can’t found this issue in our browser.

I tested on the iPhone and iMac using default browser (safari) and Chrome, but the behaviour is the same.

Sorry for facing issues.. Can you please tell us on which browser you found these errors because in all major browser’s we can check it again on all major browser’s including safari, mozilla firefox, chrome, internet explorer and we can’t found this issue.

If you share browser’s name then t will easy for us to find and fix this issue.

I bought the theme “Sawmall – Carpenter and Craftman HTML Template” from themeforest.We are testing and for the Windows and Android devices and in a first revision, it is working well.

However, we are having an issue with the header in IOS device. We noted that the sticky header is not totally visible, I think 1% visible.

I attached 4 images.

1. Windows10, the header is ok, it is 100% visible.
2. Android devices, the header is ok, it is 100% visible.
3. Iphone, the header is barely noticeable, please pay attention in the red box.
4. iMAC, the header is barely noticeable, please pay attention in the red box.

As you can see, the issue is with IOS devices.

Please your support to resolve it.
