First keep in mind image format must be .svg and complete name of image should be preloader.svg and replace it on the following path (sanat > images > icons > preloader.svg). If any issue then please tell us.

I think you change either username or password because we can’t login your site please again send info because first we login then change preloader .

Secondly, you send .png format image which cannot be used as preloader image.preloader image must be .svg or .gif format.If you share info then we try to add similar image not 100% same.

For preloader we use SVG format image and WordPress restrict to upload SVG image so there is no option to upload preloader image but you can change preloader manually please follow the steps

1-Rename Your SVG image to preloader.svg and replace it on the following path

sanat > images > icons > preloader.svg

Hope you understand if any issue then zip your svg image and send us we change preloader on your site.

thx man I did alreay but it lasts vor ever and after 10 minutes I klick on save chnages and nothing has changed on the website

Please follow these steps of demo importing

1) Upload and activate theme

2) On dashboard header section you found option please install plugins click on that and install and activate all plugins it takes hardly 2 minutes.

3) From admin panel you found appearance menu appearance > Theme options

4) Click on theme options you found menus click on last menu with name utility.

We also attach a video in which we highlight menu import button but this shown when you install and activate all plugins.
