Adding site to an existing menu not possible

HI dear,

We have a separate theme options panel you found in (appearance -> theme options). The screenshot you share also theme options we can’t add two theme options panel in one theme.

The screenshot Panel not work because we have separate theme options panel. In few themes where separate panel not exist they used this panel. Hope you understand.

Please used theme options in (appearance -> theme options).

Can you please share your site admin panel info along with your issue screenshot we fix this issue in your site.

I cannot add a site to main menu. The dropdown is not opening. Its not only for sites but for all. Please make changes on the theme and update it.
